Our process model is based on three simple concepts: think -> learn -> do.

Think: As plain and as simple as it sounds but with a far reaching effect. We think all the time, rather incessantly we've been told. About everything we come into contact with, how it works, why it works and how we can improve it. We can't sleep because we think about your challenges all the time. It is in our DNA to review the challenge and analyze it to find all permutations of a solution. Then we learn all we can.

Learn: We learn about your industry-specific challenges and more granularly down to your formal and social office structure. Will our solutions work within your environment? It's pretty worthless if we deliver a solution that your people cannot buy into; or is simply too cost restrictive or just too “out there” for your particular comfort level. We're respectful but slightly irreverent as we do not get involved with office politics or internal power struggles. After intense dialogue and debate to extract the real pain points of your daily operations, we return with honest valuable feeback for you to decide on. And remember, not all projects have to be large grandiose public undertakings. Small, iterative technological and process improvements can have a profound impact.

Do: Execute. Execute. Execute. Everything up to this point would be a waste of time if we did not act on all the cognitive groundwork layed in the earlier phases. We organize and execute our plan and then we keep going. We review and maintain. We polish and strip down all the non-essential “fat”. We keep working until you're happy, then we keep working until we're happy.
